Color Darkrooms
 Our photography darkroom/lab facility includes a main darkroom (12 enlargers), and one advanced color darkroom. In the same area are three film loading rooms, B&W and color film processing facilities, print washing and drying facilities, print finishing area, and an equipment check-out office.

B & W Darkrooms

All the darkrooms are illuminated with sodium vapor safelights and ventilated by a common ventilation system.
The darkrooms are equipped with 4x5 Omega D-5 enlargers, stainless steel sinks, digital timers, and water temperature control units.

Large Finishing & Matting Area

 


The print finishing area is designed specifically for print finishing and is equipped with two 16 x 20 Seal Mount presses, two 24 inch Roto-Trimmers and a Fletcher matt cutter. There are two Akay print dryers, R.C. Dryer and archival drying screens. 
Two Wing-Lynch processors (E-6 and C-41 color) are available for the processing of color transparency and negative films (35mm - 8x10).
